Com a resultat de la reunió, van acordar intercanviar mil persones de cada país com a mesura de foment de la confiança. També van acordar compartir per escrit amb l'altra part les condicions que permetrien arribar a un alto el foc. Les parts també van acordar en principi tornar a reunir-se.
